St Nicholas welcomes the children
Prayer Trees from Mothering Sunday

Any Church dedicated to St Nicholas – the patron saint of children must be child friendly and we hope we are.  We would want to encourage you to bring children to any of our services but we realise this can seem like quite a challenge.

So some of our services are planned especially with children in mind. We hope to help children come to know something of the Christian story for themselves and understand God’s love in Jesus.

Due to capacity we are reviewing our children's activities, but hope to begin some new ventures very soon - so watch this space

1st Sunday of the month at 10.15 am – our parish communion service is a bit simpler than usual and we try to involve the children in what goes on as much as we can. .

Workshops: We have held a number of children’s workshops throughout the year. At Easter and Christmas, and at the end of the summer holidays we have held two themed activity days.

Come and Join us at Messy Church
